Your order should be finalized *at least* 30 days in advance of your event. I'd appreciate as much time as you can give me!

A rush order is any order placed within 10 days of your event date. I usually accept rush orders for an additional fee as long as I have availability to complete your order.

Rush orders are limited to 4 cutter designs and 4 icing colors and exclude florals, luster dust, and watercolor techniques.

*Fees are subject to my own discretion as I consider availability, supplies, labor, and drying time.

I do not accept cancellations.

Cookie pricing is based on a tiered system: the more elaborate and time-consuming the cookies, the more expensive they will be. The four packages are listed below:

MINIS = start at $2.50/cookie with a two dozen order minimum. This size only applies to select sets of cookies and includes up to 6 cutter designs and 6 icing colors. Excludes lettering, florals, luster dust, and watercolor techniques.

BASIC = start at $4.00/cookie with a one dozen order minimum. This package includes 2 cutter designs and 2 icing colors. This package is for plain flooded cookies. Excludes outlining, florals, luster dust, and watercolor techniques.

STANDARD = start at $6.00/cookie with a one dozen order minimum. This package includes up to 6 cutter designs and up to 5 icing colors. Excludes luster dust and watercolor techniques.

EMBELLISHED = start at $8.00/cookie with a two dozen order minimum. This package includes 6 or more cutter designs and 6 or more icing colors. Includes all decorating techniques.

Yes. There is a required minimum quantity of either one or two dozen per order depending on your preferred package. See, "How much do your cookies cost?"

I do not currently require a deposit as a placeholder.

I offer delivery with an added fee of $20 within a 10 mile radius and an additional $1 per mile after that.

No, I do not ship any bakery items.

Each cookie is individually packed in a heat sealed bag. It is then placed in a bed of crinkle paper inside of a cardboard window box.

Cookies stored in a heat sealed bag will last up to two weeks sitting out on the counter in an airtight container.

Cookies stored in an airtight container only will maintain their peak freshness for about one week.

The cookies should be stored in an airtight container away from water, extreme heat, and direct sunlight.

Your cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months in a *heat sealed/air vacuumed bag.

***Your sweet friends are *extremely* susceptible to "fridge smells." If your cookie bags are not sealed properly when they enter the freezer, they very likely will not taste great when they come out.

Leave your cookies *inside of their bags* sitting on the counter for 6-8 hours.

I do not offer alternative diet options at this time.
